Founded in 1996, Kwantlen Autoparts (KW Auto Parts) is a 100% Canadian-owned and operated business serving professional repair shops across British Columbia. From our beginnings in the Newton community of Surrey, we have grown into a trusted supplier known for dependable service and quality aftermarket replacement parts.
Our inventory includes a wide range of auto body parts, cooling parts, electrical parts, paints & shop supplies, and auto glass. In 2004, KW Auto Parts became an ICBC aftermarket parts vendor, reinforcing our commitment to providing quality parts suitable for insurance claims.
Today, KW Auto Parts carries over 25,000 parts in inventory, including many CAPA- or NSF-certified products. Orders are typically delivered the same day or next day from our Surrey warehouse. If a part is not in stock, our knowledgeable team will work hard to source the exact part you need.

Ordering & Shipping
All orders are handled by phone, fax, or email. Please provide the year, make, model and any part-specific details when ordering or inquiring.
Within Metro Vancouver, orders are delivered twice daily, morning and afternoon, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Outside Metro Vancouver, orders are shipped by overnight courier where available within British Columbia. Pickup at our Surrey warehouse is also available; please call before coming because not every part is kept in stock at the Surrey warehouse.
Damage claims made more than 24 hours after shipment arrival are not acceptable. Please inspect for damage with the courier or our driver when goods arrive. Unless damage is noted on the courier or delivery note, no damage claim is acceptable.

Price & Taxes
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Parts sold within Canada are subject to 5% GST. Parts sold within BC are also subject to 7% PST unless an account is set up with a valid PST exemption.

Payment & Credit
All orders are shipped COD unless a credit account has been established by Kwantlen Enterprises Ltd.
Payments are to be made by cash or credit card. Company cheque will only be accepted after a credit account has been established.
Open credit accounts are billed monthly and payment is due on the 15th of the following month. Interest of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be levied on overdue amounts. A service charge of $25.00 will be applied to any NSF cheque.

Aftermarket parts may vary by manufacturer and vehicle application. Please verify vehicle details, part numbers, OEM or Partslink references where applicable, and test-fit all parts before painting or installation.

Return Policy
- Please test-fit all parts before painting or installation.
- All returns must receive return authorization to ensure accounts are credited properly.
- Phone KW Auto Parts to receive return authorization.
- Returns without authorization may be refused or not credited.
- Returns by courier must be sent freight prepaid.
- Returns sent freight collect will have the freight deducted from the credit.
- Return parts must be in original packaging.
- Painted, altered or damaged parts are not acceptable.
- Returns must be made within 30 days.
- Returns made later than 30 days may be refused or may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Warranty Policy
- Products sold by KW Auto Parts are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product. Please contact our team for the specific warranty period and terms applicable to your part.
- To make a claim, proof of purchase must be provided to the business that installed the part, and a replacement part will be provided.
- You have a maximum of 30 days from the order date to report any damages for exchanges or warranty.
- This warranty does not cover labor or other costs associated with installation, removal, painting, towing, vehicle downtime or other incidental costs.
- This warranty does not cover failure or defects resulting from accident, damage, abuse or improper installation.
